Three Letters of Recommendation
Input recommendation providers' names and email addresses. Recommendation providers are automatically sent an
email requesting a recommendation.

Statement of Purpose & Resume/CV
The Statement of Purpose should be a brief document explaining your goals and ambitions.
Current Resume or Curriculum Vitae is to be uploaded in the section immediately following the Statement of Purpose.
GRE Scores
GRE scores are required for all PhD and full-time Master’s applicants with the exception of applicants to the M. Eng. in
Biomedical Innovation degree program.
GRE scores are not required for applicants to part-time Master’s or the Bachelor’s/Master’s programs.
If submitting scores, applicants must report their official scores via ETS at the time of application submission for evaluation purposes. The WashU School Code is 6929.
TOEFL/IELTS
Required for all international applicants.

Building on more than 30 years of innovative graduate education and professional development programs in information technology, the School of Engineering & Applied Science at Washington University in St. Louis now offers a new 30 unit Master of Information Systems Management. This new program combines the best of two very successful programs that have attracted students from across the world: the Master of Information Systems, and the Master of Information Management.
The new integrated program is a key component in Washington University's strategy to prepare the next generation of technology leaders. Offered through the Sever Institute, the Master's of Information Systems Management brings together candidates with interests and backgrounds in technology and management into a blend of outstanding courses led by Washington University faculty and industry leaders in Information, Systems, Management, and Leadership. Students may pursue the program full- or part-time.
