1. APPLICATION

To apply for the M2 Program, use Lehigh's online application system.

2. ESSAY

The M2 application essay should provide a summary of your career objectives. The essay should not exceed two pages in length. This is your opportunity to set yourself apart from the other applicants, in your own words. The essay should be uploaded in the online application.

3. RESUME

Your professional resume should list your education and professional achievements. Please include your computing skills. The resume should be uploaded in the online application.

4. GRE OR GMAT TEST RESULTS

*waived for Lehigh undergraduate degree holders

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is required of all entering applicants, with the exception for waivers. GMAT scores will be accepted for evaluation as long as your official score is available through the testing service. Please indicate on your online application the date you are taking [or have taken] the GMAT.

GMAT test center, test information, and test preparation materials can be found by visiting the Graduate Management Admission Council ® [GMAC] website at www.mba.com.

Please use the proper program code shown below to have your official scores sent to Lehigh. Our office keeps GMAT scores on file for a period of five years. Official scores normally arrive at the Graduate Programs Office two weeks after the exam has been taken.

5. OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

You must submit official transcripts from ALL universities attended, all post-secondary education including transfer credits. Official transcripts bear the signature of the university's registrar and the seal of the issuing institution. The official transcripts must be submitted to us in a sealed envelope and may not be opened by you. In addition, unofficial copies of transcripts should be uploaded in the online application.

International applicants, in general, must have 16 years of formal education, including four years at the university level, to be considered for admission to the program. Applicants should submit official English translations. If credentials do not record the awarding of the degree received, you must submit certified true copies of your diplomas. If credentials do not show the grading system used by the university, you must also submit a separate official statement from the university that gives this information.

International students who cannot provide the required documentation will have to supply a Course by Course Evaluation (fees for this service are the responsibility of the applicant). The National Association of Credential Evaluation Services lists a number of accredited evaluation companies that can provide Course by Course Evaluations.

APPLICANTS FROM CHINA:

CollegeNet China Credential Service- Applicants from Chinese institutions may request and submit official transcripts directly through the graduate application. Requests are submitted and processed by CHESICC. A service fee of $12 is charged by CollegeNET.

After entering your college/institution in the educational history section of the graduate application, you will have the option to order official documents.

The processing time for the CHESICC documents is approximately 20 days.

When your CHESICC electronic documents are processed and received by Lehigh University, you will not need to send paper transcripts.

6. LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION

You will enter your recommenders' information through the online application. Once complete, a web link will automatically be emailed to the recommender. Letters from family members or friends will not be considered. Paper copies of letters of recommendation will not be accepted.

7. TEST OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE® [TOEFL] (INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS ONLY)

Applicants whose native language is not English are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language®. Please note that the IELTS is not accepted.

An applicant's TOEFL test date may not be older than 2 years at the time of your application to the program. The program will continue to accept all versions of the TOEFL test as long as the scores come directly from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Scores must be received directly from ETS to be considered official. Lehigh’s institution code number is: #2365, department code 02.

If an applicant has completed a baccalaureate degree in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia or Canada, he or she may be exempt from the TOEFL. If you are seeking this exemption, you must complete a Skype interview. The applicant is not exempt if the language of instruction is English in a non-English speaking country or if you have lived in an English-speaking country. PRE-TERM ORIENTATION

During a two week pre-term orientation you will enhance your executive presence through comprehensive communications and presentation skills workshops. You will build team work and leadership skills, gain valuable cross cultural skills. Exposure to business executives, live case studies and networking opportunities enable you to identify career opportunities, learn about the recruiting process, refine your resume, and polish your personal brand.

TEN MONTHS AND TWO ACADEMIC SEMESTERS

Course work focuses on the core areas of business management and includes accounting, finance, statistics, management, economics, and marketing. Graduate faculty use lecture, case studies, classroom discussion and the program culminates with a capstone course that ties together all the learning and concepts with a hands on business simulation.

EXECUTIVE PRESENCE AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Central to M2 is the focus on intentional and continual exposure personal and professional development. Beginning with broadly themed workshops during orientation, topics are enhanced and developed by the Office of Career Services, the Rauch Center for Business Communications and on-site visits to east coast business centers such as New York, Philadelphia and Washington.

UNIQUE AND EXPANDED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

As enhancements to professional development, additional and optional experiential learning opportunities are offered. These include an international business trip that enables you to meet with C-Suite individuals from some of the world’s leading international companies; participating in a highly visible small business consultancy through Pennsylvania’s number one Small Business Development Center; or a focused engagement with one of our corporate partners.
