1.Statement of purpose.

2.Original academic transcripts (by mail, posted to the Director of Graduate Studies)

3.GRE general test scores - Institution code 5815, Department code 0402.

Applicants must rank in the 65% percentile or higher in the Quantitative Reasoning test. There is no minimal score requirement for the other parts of the GRE.

4.Students from non-English speaking countries must send either TOEFL or IELTS scores.

TOEFL: Institution code 5815, Department code 078.

Minimum score requirement: Internet based - 92; Computer based - 237; Paper based - 580.

IELTS: Minimum score requirement: 6.5.

5.Three letters of recommendation.

6.For international students: this form for financial responsibility (required by the US government)

The Master of Science program in Computer Science is overseen by the Computer Science Graduate Committee (CSGC). The basic guidelines for approval of a students program are recommendations appearing in the Communications of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the professional society in Computer Science.
